This month is a relatively quiet one from the staff front and from me, which makes a change given my last few monthly updates! We will not be selecting any new testers to join the team this month — not every month can be filled with a new group of people. This is just one of those "in-between" months where everything is a little quieter. We will, however, be welcoming back some reinstating testers and admins, and we are still actively working on giving some of our more experienced testers the opportunity to become game administrators to help increase team numbers and coverage. There's some more information on that at the foot of this update with new TA inductees, and a TA graduate.
The ticket support system is still being worked on. I have to sort out an issue with account access for staff members, and then we should be able to get it running at full speed. General staff motivation with the system has also always been an issue because it's a very dry and often daunting task to go through tickets, and I understand that has often effected ticket response times. I have been visiting the site daily and clearing out the tickets to ensure that there's no long wait or unnecessary backlog whilst the ticket support team is being worked on. If you need any help there — account recovery, donation support and so on, it will be replied to quickly by myself or other staff members that are assisting me.
Since the Head of Properties role is now vacant for the time being — if you are going to be inactive and need to send in a notice of your inactivity so you do not lose your property, for now, please contact MikeTheMike. He is also the point of contact for all property-related queries at this time with support being given by the lead team to fill the gaps. The lease re-vamp is almost ready to go, if you're someone that has been following the updates surrounding the lease re-vamp!
A couple things to note were the business rule updates that became active as of March 20th, and the latest announcement about the upcoming Mayoral elections. Los Santos needs a Mayor, so if you think you're up to the job then go ahead and look at how to apply to run for the position by clicking on the link. Best of luck if you do!
Without further ado, I will move on to announce our tester team reinstatements, admin team reinstatements and our new Tester-Admin Scheme inductees and graduates. That will be all we have for the month of April:
Welcome back to the following testers who will be reinstating into the tester team:
Congratulations again, and I look forward to seeing you around the server and the forums! Please contact Jakey to take the next step and be welcomed into the team.
I'd like to welcome back the following administrators to the team:

Congratulations to the following testers who will be given the opportunity to become administrators. You will see them around on their _Test accounts as they learn how to become administrators on the server:
