Hey everyone,

With this update, the main focus is bringing in another fresh batch of testers from our latest recruitment drive. These people will be stepping into the role for the first time, with a few reinstatements from people who expressed interest in returning as well. It's important to bolster our staff team numbers for the Christmas/holiday period and ensure we're covering our bases with support for players. I beleive that will be accomplished with our newly graduating tester-admin scheme administrators, reinstatements and the fresh tester batch we're introducing with this update. I figured I'd push this out sooner rather than later so we can get people set up for December and their holidays. Congratulations to those below.

Faction Management: Make sure you're aware of what's going on with Faction Management and the changes that are being rolled out. There are new official factions, various updates and new programs that you can get involved with if interested. You can read more about those here, here,
here and here, including the changes with Government Management too. A lot of various improvements in the works. As I've noted in a couple areas, we'll be looking at tweaking the server's Penal Code again and will be rolling that out before the end of the year if all goes to plan.

SAMP 0.3.8: As you may have already read in the update by Mmartin, we're now operating on the tremendous new SA-MP client update from Kalcor that allows for server-side custom models. The plan is keep adding to the pool of available skins (both faction and public/civilian) over the next few days/weeks, as already mentioned. Please keep an eye out for those new additions and give them a go. Level 4 Support: We're going to be looking at bringing in some new Level 4s through December to help cover the lead workload. This includes all the property changes, requests, handling of auction properties, issuing of leases, ticket support, lead appeals and so on. We have a few good candidates that now have enough experience and we can now look at bolstering our numbers in the 4+ team as soon as possible.
